BRASIL BROKERS RAISE $103
Brazilian real estate brokerage company Brasil Brokers Participacoes S.A. (BBRK3.BR) said Friday it has raised 173 million Brazilian reais ($103 million) from a follow-on offering on the Brazilian Stock Exchange, or BMFBovespa.
The company sold 21.9 million shares, each priced at BRL7.90.
Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and HSBC coordinated the offer.
Brasil Brokers said it will use the proceeds to finance its expansion plans, including acquisitions.
